Ce logement est situé entre Zadar et Sibenik. Vous serrez à 50 m de la mer, 300 m du centre ville, des commerces et restaurant. La plage est au bout du chemin, vraiment idéal pour passer des vacances de repos. L'appartement est au calme, spacieux et très propre. Josip et Vinka sont très acceuillants et vous offrent souvent des légumes. Joli jardin, parking privé, barbecue commun. La maison a 3 autres appartements.

Kuća je novo uređena se nalazi u blizini plaže, udaljena oko 150 metara. Na prvom katu se nalazi kuhinja, dnevni boravak i velika terasa. Također se nalazi mala soba i veliki wc. Na drugom katu se nalaze 3 sobe sa bračnim krevetom, dva balkona i jedan veliki Wc.
