Small rural stone house restored with private garden and parking, offers tranquillity and a stunning view to Serra da Freita and Frecha da Mizarela waterfall. Great starting point to reach the remote hills of Freita, where you can enjoy long hikes, river baths or simply visit the geological and archaeological sites of Arouca Geopark. Located in a small rural village in the hills, nearby you can find a grocery store and good restaurant with local gastronomy. Porto city is just 50 min away by car.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Uma antiga casa, anterior a 1950, foi recuperada e mantém algumas das paredes originais, em pedra. Dispõe de 1 quarto, WC, sala com sofá cama e cozinha equipada, AC, TV, Wi-Fi e churrasqueira no exterior. As vistas são magníficas sobre as vinhas da região e rio Douro. Excelente opção para uns dias de descanso, à semana ou fim de semana.
