The convenient location means coffee, grocery stores, and downtown are just minutes away. Best of all if you have brought your furry friend, the dog park is only 1.5 miles away or continue on down the road another .5 miles to Cloman Park, home to amazing cross country ski trails, snowshoeing, hiking and great disc golf. There is a $50/pet/stay fee

You will have unobstructed views of a beautiful lake in front, as well as the golf course and the mountains in the front and rear. In the mornings you will enjoy sitting on the large front deck watching the hot air balloons as they take off nearby. Bike path goes to dining and shopping within 1/4 mile. We aim to provide a high-value, affordable way for guests to visit Pagosa Springs. The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.
