This is a lovingly curated space for passionate travelers, lovers of design, and those looking for some salty air relaxation less than a half mile from the beach. STR # 524862. Our Hale is an upstairs apartment that is centrally located for your next trip to the Gulf coast! We are 20 minutes N. of Corpus Christi, 20 minutes S. of the popular town of Rockport and 20 minutes W. of the ferry to Padre Island! It sits on a peaceful 5 acres and has a covered Lanai ( Hawaiian word for covered deck) that overlooks 3 acres. A great place to see a beautiful sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee or spend the lazy afternoon hours sipping refreshing beverages & just talking story

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

Furthermore, it is very close to Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Texas A&M, the Navy Base, walking trails, and beautiful beaches.
