Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

The Farmhouse B&B

A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. The Coach House is a period annex with 5* modern facilities. Detached & private, with side door entrance to lower floor with Kitchen/Lounge area with upstairs Bedroom /changing with separate shower and toilet. Outside patio. The Hot Tub (summer house) has additional one time £40 fee payable on arrival. Nearby Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor Park, Donnington Park, Alton Towers, Conkers, Calke Abbey. Very close to 2 airports (Bham & Emids) plus all city facilities of Derby, Nottingham & Leicester

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath.
