Peaceful three bed country cottage, walk to Oxford

A traditional English country cottage surrounded by fields, yet just 2km from the dreaming spires of central Oxford. The Stables is a self-contained wing of our 300-year-old Grade II listed farmhouse in the tiny historic village of Binsey. Walk into Oxford in around 30 minutes across beautiful Port Meadow, alongside the Thames, with the renowned 17th-century Perch pub close by. Sleeps six in three bedrooms, with a spacious sitting room, farmhouse kitchen/diner, private garden and free parking.

Period cottage, cosy sittingroom individual host

Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

Historic Lechlade-on-Thames is the perfect base from which to explore the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and its picturesque hamlets, villages and towns like Bibury, Burford and Cirencester.

The Garden Cottage, Bletchingdon

Relax in our refurbished, self contained garden cottage with its quiet garden. There is a kitchenette a portable induction hob and air fryer. A shower/toilet, A comfortable lounge with TV overlooking the garden through the patio doors. The garden has seating, ideal for sunrise. Parking for 2 cars. The cottage is perfect for local site seeing- Bicester Village, Oxford ,Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds Near Jeremy Clarkson pub and farm shop . We do one night stays from November to March .

Little Chestnut Cottage

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Self contained annex, suitable for 1 or 2 guests.

Suitable for solo guests, couples or friends. 2nd bed only available with a minimum 2 night stay. Quiet residential area, close to Oxford. Very convenient, 5 minute walk to regular bus options for; Oxford, Woodstock/ Blenheim and Cotswolds. 15 minutes walk to Oxford Parkway Railway, offering good links to; Oxford Central, Bicester Village and London.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

A basement apartment in the heart of Summertown, a very vibrant and thriving neighbourhood of Oxford, packed with cafés, shops, restaurants, gyms and yoga studios. You are a minute's walk from all these amenities, with Costa Coffee on the corner of our road, and frequent buses into the City Centre. The heart of Oxford is fifteen minutes on public transport or it's a 35 minute walk down the wide, tree-lined streets, you can even walk down the picturesque canal.

The Apple Store at Kilkenny

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.

Manse Cottage in Bladon/ Woodstock nr Blenheim

Situated within a stone's throw of Blenheim Park and St Martins Church the burial place of Sir Winston Churchill. 1.25 miles from Woodstock Town centre with its excellent range of restaurants. Oxford city centre approximately 8 miles and the retail park at Bicester village outlet approximately 14 miles. Comfortable super king zip and link bed, sofa, fitted kitchen, shower room, garden and parking area. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers.
