Relax in our quaint guesthouse. Have access to our beautiful farm and spacious barn. You will be staying on a working farm/vineyard. Walk in the woods back to the river or explore the orchard. This Queen Ann Victorian farm house was built in 1869. It is surrounded by a 500-acre nature preserve and connects to a 2.5-mile trail but is also just 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. It is 12 miles from Indiana University's Sample Gates and 11 miles from McCormick's Creek State Park. The Foster Suite is entered from the porch and can house up to 2 adults and 2 children. The room has a private full bathroom, smart tv, mini-fridge, microwave, etc.

Located just 15 minutes from downtown Bloomington and all Indiana University events. The bedrooms are on 2nd floor with a full bathroom right next to them. The rooms are furnished with a TV and comfortable queen bed. High-speed Wi-Fi. Option to bring your dog. The common spaces are shared with the owner, who lives in a 4th bedroom.

ONLY ONE BED ONLY TWO GUESTS I don't know why Airbnb continues to list two beds when there are not my apologies for that there is only one bed and no fold outs of any kind nor is there room for a fold out or an extra person
