You must have a 4WD vehicle to drive the beach and sand secondary roads. The view from the top floor is a horizon view of the ocean. The picture is zoomed as ocean is only 400 yards away! The sunsets and wild horses are amazing. You are at mile post 22 which is 9.5 miles from the paved roads of Corolla. A once in a life time experience !
