Stockholm Archipelago 30 min from C

Our fantastic house is situated in the archipelago, Österskär, 30 minutes from Stockholm. The apartment is in the lower floor and is 70 sqm. It is fully equiped and has two bedrooms, each one with a double bed and sea view. The doublebeds can easily be made into two single beds.The livingroom has big windows from ceiling to floor and from here you have direct access to the pool area and the dining place. In the livingroom there is a very comfortable double bed sofa. The shower room contains a washing mashine and in the small kitchen/pentry you have a small dishwasher. The view from the pool terass is fantastic and it´s magic to enjoy breakfast waching the sailing boats pass by. Maybe you want to go for a swim before breakfast. Then you can either go down the 20 m to our jetty and have a refreshing swim in the sea or you can jump into the pool. After breakfast you might take a trip in our small canoe or go for a bike ride and have a look around this beautiful area. If you want to go to Stockholm it will take you 30 minutes by car or if you prefere to go by public transportation the charming local train will take you there in apx 40 minutes. In the evening you can have your dinner at the dining place by the pool and afterwards take a glass of wine to the jettty and wach the sunset. Continuing the evening in the steam sauna and rush out from there when the heat is to much and jump into the pool to cool you down. Finnish the evening under the stars in the small jacuzzi. This is really paradise. 10 minutes walk from our house, down by the public beach, there is a small very nice restaurant were you can have lunch or dinner or maybe just a glass of wine or a cold beer.

Welcome to our adorable seaside cottage built 120 years ago. A perfect place to enjoy the sound of nature, far away from busy Stockholm even though it´s only 45 minutes away. This is for those of you longing to get close to nature & back to basics on an Eco labeled island. Since the cottage is preserved like in the old days, you use the sea instead of a bathroom when washing. No toilet but a outhouse in the garden. Fancy a sunset swim on your own private beach? Then this is the place for you!

Koppla av på den stora altanen eller varför inte ett pass i garagegymmet. Stugan är nyrenoverad och fullt utrustad. För en liten extrapeng finns tillgång till bastu och spabad med havsutsikt. Låna cyklar för att utforska eller besök den mysiga restaurangen Skeppskatten. En 160-säng + extra bädd för barn.

Welcome to our lovely villa on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is privately situated with a great view and fantastic sunny position. Quiet location on a small cul-de-sac. I vår stuga som kallas "Dunderfriggan" så bor du vid en större öppen och vildvuxen äng i direkt anslutning till naturreservatet på Möja. Stugan ligger längs öns enda väg så det är lätt att ta sig både till Bergs by, där affären och flera restauranter ligger, till Långvik där Jeppes gästgiveri ligger liksom till flera av badplatserna på ön. Stugan är uppförd 2023 med bekväma sängar, bra WiFi, utedusch med varmvatten, modernt torrdass, dricksvattenkran ute samt el.

On our premises, we have a genuine village bakery house from the 18th century. Modern standard in a country style atmosphere, with a bathroom, kitchen and sleeping loft for two.
