Chata je na okraji klidné chatové osady v lese nad přehradou, k vodě je to 150 m stezkou ze stráně, nebo terénním vozem či pěšky 400m po lesní cestě. K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. Nedaleko jsou i turisticky vyhledávaná místa Maxův kříž, zříceniny hradů Kozlov a Holoubek a cyklistické stezky.

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Dole dva rozkládací gauče, nahoře jedno dvoulůžko a dvě postele, z toho jedna v prodloužené velikosti. Do podkroví je vstup po žebříku, nevhodné pro osoby s omezením pohybu. Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.
