Tubing, canoeing and kayaking on Muskegon River, just min away. The house is just 8 mi from Bike/ATV trails/ state land. Evart: includes Osceola Fair, Dulcimer and Spring Hill camp. This home is peaceful, built 2023 sleeps 6, 3 beds & pullout couch. Added a window air conditioner, washer and dryer, and a water softener this summer. Enjoy!

Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Electricity, a full kitchen, with running hot/cold water, an electric fireplace, your own secluded fire pit, NEW outhouse, as well as an indoor bucket potty in case.

There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Cabin offers a single bed, convertible couch, and seating on the main floor. Upstairs a double bed & another futon mattress. Kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, and cold running water (can be warmed on the stove or electric kettle) Dining room table with 5 chairs Firepit and outhouse. Outdoor shower and tub (cold water from hose).

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
