It is inserted in a gated duplex building with a lush and flowering garden. It comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open plan living room with an equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs and seating area with charming window seats. It is on the first floor with an outdoor stairway that leads to a private roof garden with wonderful views over the sea, mountains and town. It may accommodate up to 4 persons.
