The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. I am in love with this town and hope you will too.

While it may be our smallest room, our Queen Shared Bath has its charms. We call it "the most comfortable shoebox you'll ever stay in." This room is perfect for adventurers looking for a comfortable place to lay your head after a day of exploring Portland and the surrounding area. Just down the hall and throughout the building are multiple shared, individual locking bathrooms, each with its own shower. Linen & personal bath towels included. The size of the room is 100 sq ft.

Measuring in at at 300 square feet, our Queen rooms offer plenty of space for two, appointed generously with a minifridge, microwave, coffee maker and large flatscreen TV. We are the new owners as of February 2017! Currently working on updating and adding retreats and more weddings. Renting the lodge is great for family reunions, hunting/fishing trip, mountain biking group, relaxed parties with your pals, company retreats, wedding parties, and more. The magical, historic lodge was built in the early 1930's and creates a memorable atmosphere for those staying to gather in the lush green woods on the McKenzie River in Oregon.
