Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath house. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, minisplit heating and cooling, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, Fenced backyard, patio w/ seating, Private Parking.

Southern Vista Flats Unit A

Unit includes one off street parking space in a garage and a 4th-floor patio. There are 2 mini-split AC/heating units, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice maker, a microwave, & a full stove range and a 56" tv. There is a deck w/ two recliner chairs. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. The unit has a full bathroom. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.

Burns Street Studio

A charming, quiet, tiny studio loft apartment in the historic, centrally located, Westside neighborhood. This beautiful space is in a stand alone building is located 4.7 mi from airport. The exterior stairway to the private entrance has 15 steps and I have included lots of photos. There are pretty mountain views out of every window. The American Leather sofa and bed are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Check in and check out times are firm.
