MARETA II - Waterfront

Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Located in the heart of the Kotor bay, Drazin Vrt village is just 2 km away from center of Perast, 10 km away from Kotor Old Town and 22 km away from Tivat airport. In the village there is a famous beach bar/restaurant called Bajova Kula. The grocery store is in Perast, (2km) Risan (6 km) and Sveti Stasije (6km)

Cute apartment with the sea view and private beach that is used by my family and our Airbnb guests. Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, laundry room, parking etc. Please note: the lounge chairs and terraces are for exclusive use for our guests, but we cannot forbid anyone to be on pier or rock part of the beach!
