Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina. We offers a swimming pool, deckchairs, air conditioning, children's playroom, darts and table football, PS 5 with blu ray. The villa has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 3 bathrooms with a shower. It has a swimming pool, gas grill, sunbathing beach, outdoor shower with hot water.
