The space has its own entrance leading into the self contained annex, comprising of bathroom, kitchen and living/bedroom area. Full size frdge/freezer and combi microwave, plus shared laundry facilities and off street parking. The town centre is just a 15 minute walk and Bristol is a 40 minute drive. Please note - the kitchenette does not provide for cooking, only microwave re-heating.

The house is in the centre of the beautiful old market town of Chepstow. Nestled on the Welsh / English border. We are just a stone's throw from the ancient castle and the impressive Priory Church of St Mary. Within walking distance of the Chepstow Racecourse and a stroll from the railway and bus stations. 300yds from the River Wye and central to all restaurants and cafes etc. Situated near the AONB Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Please note the property has a Jack & Jill bathroom upstairs.

Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.
