JK Family house is a brand new luxury apartment, that includes swimming pool and gym. It situated near to the Merrylands railway station, just 200 meter away. We have approximately 35 local restaurants and stockland shopping centre right across the road. The Sydney central station is just 30 minutes away. The olympic park and city is a 30 minute travel by public transport and the airport is also 30 minutes away by car. Westmead hospital is just a 10 minute travel by car.

All self contained within a studio style room (attached to the main house) with separate entry door and in a convenient location. Just 5 minutes walk to Sefton train station and 8 minutes to grocery store, nearby park, swimming pool and club. Also includes a washing machine and shared clothes line at the back.

Comfortable queen bed sleep out which has been converted from our garage, it does NOT has kitchen, but there are 7-ELEVEN, cheap steakhouse inside Cooks Hill hotel, shops, restaurants, self-severed laundromat and pub within 3 mins walk. You have your own access, bathroom, air conditioning , fridge, 32” TV with Netflix, clean bed sheet, towels, tea, coffee provided and check in any time after 2.00 pm. NO party allowed
