Dusch och WC med egen brunn samt varmvattenberedare. OBS, tvättmaskin saknas. Hyresgästen tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Tillgång till varmt bad (39 grader) året runt med cirkulation för rening. En roddbåt ingår, medtag egna flytvästar. Stugan är rök och djurfri! OBS! EJ för festande gäng!!

På kvällarna kan man njuta av fantastiska solnedgångar. Det finns 2 uteplatser, öster - och västerläge. Till badbryggan är det ca 300 m. Restaurang Elise finns i Djupvik sommartid. Ca 6 km till livsmedelsaffär och restauranger.
