The charming World Heritage town of Trogir is only 8.5 km away and can be reached by car, bus or ferry directly from Okrug Donji.

Villa Zen is located in Okrug Gornji, a small village on the island Čiovo next to the city of Trogir. Trogir is a well-known town for its rich city life and cultural heritage.The location of the villas is truly ideal,as the villa is situated very close to Trogir but still away enough from the hustle of a busy city so you can enjoy the peace and truly relax. Villa is situated around 300m from the sea and features a modern contemporary design and was decorated with love and attention to detail.

Okrug Gornji, Villa Milla

Villa Milla is a completely new well-equipped tourist facility, located on the south side of the island of Ciovo in the beautiful bay of Mavarstica, only 80 m from the sea. Villa Milla is for the first time open for tourism. Villa Mila has 2 apartments of 70 m2 and 2 of 50 m2. Our guests also have access to modern gym and pool. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under Unesco protection.

- House COPACABANA on Čiovo - in Okrug Gornji consists of 4 bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 terraces with a sea view and a private parking. There is a 'portable' 5m x 3m pool available in summer between June 15 and September 15. The house has a yard, sitting area, patio with a grill (BBQ) and a dining area. Beach is just 4 minutes away with a car. If you want a superb holiday, then this is the perfect choice for families, couples, etc.

Villa Čiovo is situated on a hillside above the sea and offers a stunning view of the Trogir Bay. A few steps lead directly from the house to the beach below. The villa is well laid out, consisting of three separate apartments with private entrances – ideal for three families or groups of friends. It is always rented as a whole, ensuring complete privacy. The maximum capacity is 11 beds + 2 extra beds. All apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony or terrace.
