There is a beautiful unique oak tree in the back yard where many neighborhood children come to play. The yard is spacious enough to park your truck and boat. The neighborhood is close to town and minutes from restaurants and shopping. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. We welcome dogs, but do not allow cats due to allergies.
