Come enjoy yurt life in Floyd! We're just 3 miles from charming downtown Floyd, Bluegrass capital of Virginia, with the Blue Ridge Pkwy 8 miles to the south. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and morning coffee from the deck of yurt, a stroll around the pasture, mountain streams, a hike on Buffalo Mtn or one of many Trails along the Pkwy, The Friday Night Jamboree, and all the wonderful experiences that the countryside and Floyd have to offer! And, Fido will enjoy the fenced area attached to the deck!

Windsong, nestled in the tree tops in the Blue Ridge Mountains, more of a treehouse than yurt! This yurt has internet, an upper deck w/ a hot tub and a lower deck with a gas firepit. There is an outside firepit with fire wood, and the yurt is comfortable year round with a minisplit, propane fireplace and a generator. Enjoy the soaking tub in the bathroom and the walk in tiled shower. A hammock hangs beneath the yurt, and there are two other yurts at different elevations for privacy.

You’ll go back in time to this homage to the 70’s ski chalet lifestyle! With 3 acres to explore and plenty of games, puzzles, and other distractions, any group will think it is “Dy-no-mite” without being over the top. There is a queen bed in either of the bedrooms and a full pull out couch to choose from for sleeping.
