Also within walking distance of the Denver and Rio Grande parkway trailheads and family-friendly parks. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby as well. The wet bar offers a small fridge, hot plate, air fryer, and coffee maker with coffee and hot chocolate. Enjoy the patio and fire pit in the yard, Wi-Fi, 65 in TV, and Xbox One.

Daylight guest house with extra high ceilings, you will have the entire basement to yourself with separate entrance. Surrounded by trees and walking distance to Kayscreek trail. Your own gated private patio (temp landscaping material storage on part), lots of free parking space. I live upstairs in the main house with my partner and our dogs. Our 4 bed (+ Full pullout), 3.5 bath home offers space for gathering IN, and the location for adventuring OUT whether its a snowy wintry day or a sunshine soaked Summer day.

Relax in our large hot tub & infrared sauna after a long day, or chat with friends by the fire on our private balconies. In the summer, we provide 4 paddleboards and a lily pad to enjoy on the lake as well as pickleball equipment.

Basement apartment. We live upstairs. 1.6 miles/6 minute drive to closest shopping/restaurants, 7 miles/18 minutes to downtown Ogden. Sleeps 6 best. Air mattresses for 2 more. Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.
