Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Ehemaliges Künstlerhaus in der Nähe Berlins: Unser Haus mit großem Garten,wurde in den frühen 30er Jahren (URL HIDDEN) ist nahezu im Originalzustand erhalten und strahlt durch die Verwendung von ökologischen Baustoffen und Farben eine helle und warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und persöhnlich. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt unser See mit 2 sehr schönen Badestellen. Das Biosphärenreservat Spreewald,das Schlaubetal und Berlin sind ca 1 Stunde entfernt.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Gern begrüßen wir unsere Gäste aber selbst. Die Unterkunft ist nur für 2 Personen und für Kinder nicht geeignet. Abweichungen von der eingestellten Mindestaufenthaltsdauer können über eine Anfrage vereinbart werden. Die Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei.
