Old beach bungalow built in 1940 with cool vibes On the beach 1 master bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a full bed 5 minute walk to O'side's downtown stores, restaurants, movies, bars.... Train station 4 blocks away (to downtown San Diego, Los Angeles, Disneyland) Close to the pier, fishing, marina, kayaking, sport fishing Short ride to Carlsbad Village Guests have access to the surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs at the house. Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. Oceanside is close to lots... ~35 min drive to San Diego, The Zoo, Sea World, Mission Bay, Balboa Park, UCSD, San Diego Airport ~50 min drive to the international border ~50 min drive to Disneyland ~90 min drive to Los Angeles and Hollywood The bungalow is located within walking distance from the Oceanside train station. Take a walk on the beach in the morning, play in the sand all day, and then jump into the pool before dinner and relax on the balcony at sunset. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

You can't beat our location as we are right in the heart of Downtown Carlsbad Village with many award-winning restaurants, coffee houses and boutique shopping all within walking distance. Welcome to a newly remodeled ocean view condo steps to the beach in North Coast Village. Everything is brand new from the new stainless steel kitchen appliances with white quartz countertops to the beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen has new cabinets and everything you need to cook a homemade meal if you choose. There is a coffee maker and coffee provided. A beach theme was used to decorate the entire condo that truly makes you feel like you are in paradise.
