4 bedroom 1st fl beach home close to everything!

Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

Stocked w/ everything you need: hot tub, gas fireplace, beach supplies, bikes, bar cart, seasonal outdoor shower, 2 fire pits, picnic table, screened in porch w/dining table & lounge area! This classic sixties Millman Cottage has been completely renovated into a happy litte boho inspired retreat space you wont want to leave. Take a sunset kayak paddle, then come back and grill out on the super chill patio, lay in the hammocks, or sit around the fire table for smores!I have two queen bedrooms, and one big beautiful sunroom with a pull out queen sofa. 2 living areas in this little cottage too!

Welcome to the Beach Bungalow! I am so happy to share my hometown with all of you. Ocean City is filled with quaint coffee shops, boutiques, & beautiful beaches. The beach & boardwalk are steps from the unit. Less than a 5 minute walk! Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway! Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.

The cottage is close to the premier birding area of the eastern migratory route , The rural setting is minutes from the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining.Close to the Beach , Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm,Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Meadows and numerous hiking trails. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.
