Walk atop wooden floors through the spacious layout and head to the large deck for a sunny afternoon or peaceful evening conversations. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a dog. You can have access to our property from the front street and also from the backside. Our residence is located atVoltaire street and the Guest House is located in the back of our property. We will be available via phone call or text message in case you have any questions. Our Guest House is in the same property as our house, very private. We have a washer and dryer located on the property downstairs, very easy access. The parking is just at the bottom of the stairs to the Guest House. We would love our guests to write the name of the extra guests that are coming, so we can welcome them by their name when they arrive. If possible please send us a picture of the extra guests, so we can recognize when they arrive. You can have access to our property from the street side and from the front and from the backside. Fell free to walk around the property. We are very friendly and enjoy meeting new guests!. This is the main reason why we host Airbnb guests! If you have any questions please call, email, text, or just come over to the front house. We are available to help you any time!! We want you to feel at Home! We are always available by phone, text, phone call, email and also in person during certain hours during the day. We can give you total privacy, but if you would like to interact with us, we will be happy to talk to you or share a glass of wine, or tea. We also can give you information about our beautiful city, where to go, places to eat etc. Our guest can explore cycling to the iconic Ocean Beach to enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, and sunbathing on the soft sand. Dine at the unique local restaurants in the area and head downtown just minutes away. We also have a parking place available for you on the bottom of the stairs of the Guest House. Please note that our home is located 10 minutes from the airport, so there is noise from inbound and outbound planes, but it stops at night. The bus stop is across from our main house on Voltaire Street. You can also watch the Sunset at the end of Sunset Cliffs, visit to Cabrillo National Park 30 minutes, Sea World, Mission Beach. We have wonderful places for you to explore!!! We have beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie board, cooler, all available for you to use and have a wonderful stay with us!! Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

The owner lives on the upper floor—no shared spaces, locked door separation. Just blocks from historic Ocean Beach, Newport Avenue, and the famous Dog Beach!
