Upside-down property, with large lounge & 4x4 mt balcony, overlooks the valley. Private woodland & tracks meander in both directions. With private fishing rights available from our riverbanks. Public Rambler tracks & bridle paths mean dog walkers & ramblers are asked to always observe country codes. Approximately 1 hour drive to either coast.

Enjoy a few local hilly walks or carp fishing onsite. Spend evenings relaxing in the secluded garden, enjoying a bbq or fire pit. Super sustainable & well equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy a country escape. Hidden down a quiet country lane yet only 15 mins to Tiverton. Long term & solo trips welcome.

Westcountry house, hot tub, & outdoor heated pool

On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Peaceful, rural and quiet setting on a private estate but you can walk to a nearby riverside pub and there are a range of great shops and pubs in nearby Dulverton Only 3 miles from Exmoor National Park and within easy reach of Tarr Steps, Dunkery Beacon, Porlock, Exeter and North Devon Beaches. 'The Granary' in glorious Devon countryside

Spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation with expansive south facing views of the quiet Devon countryside. Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. The property has a double and twin bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower), kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge) and living room / dining area. Private garden with space to park two cars.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Grade II Cosy Cottage on edge of Exmoor

A Grade 2 listed Georgian Cottage in the heart of beautiful Bampton in Devon. Shops, cafes and a pub are within easy walking distance. A traditional butchers, fabulous fruit and veg shop, dehli and convenience stores are very close by. There are also a few other interesting shops. This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.

Whether you are longing for an active outdoor getaway or a tranquil escape to nature, The Cyder barns authentic charm and beautiful location can offer both. Situated at the end of a Devon longhouse as part of a working farm, you will be nestled amongst a valley of pasture, woodland and streams. These are all connected by a network of well signed secluded tracks enabling you to explore . Two well behaved dog are very welcome and would no doubt enjoy the wide open spaces.
