Kiamboni, meaning village in Swahili, provides you with an insight into the authentic Nungwi. We offer you the chance to connect with the original village way of life: where the inhabitants lived and breathed; worked and played and traded by the sea, is a 2 bedroom house that has not compromised on comfort. It is ideal for couples, a small family or group of friends. We warmly invite you to come and stay in this community and experience the precious, and often overlooked, Nungwi way of life.

Magnolia Villa ,Beachfront Villa -Matemwe Zanzibar

Our compound is located right on the beach with a 4 bedroomed villa at the front and a separate 1 bedroom villa at the back which is rented separately . Our views are world class, postcard perfect with views of the Indian Ocean and the  coral reef around the Mnemba Island.The beach is very safe day and night . There are several Boutique hotels with bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa has a lovely homely feel and the place is ideal for couples or families.

Beach Bungalow at The Adventure Villa+Breakfast

Wake up right above the ocean with stunning views! This beach bungalow has two en suite bedrooms and each has its own entrance,terrace overlooking the ocean and a small veranda overlooking the garden. First floor comes with a small splash pool. Second floor has and attic style the coconut roof. Note: AC only in the room downstairs. This two floor bungalow is in a property with other buildings and shared spaced. You might meet other guests,the owners and the staff who will take care of you.

Karibu to Lala Salama House

A lovely family house surrounded by beautiful garden with a lots of plants and trees. In the heart of Nungwi local village. This is a place than can make you relaxed. It is always good to mingle with the locals and this is the right place. The house is african style, spacious, with a big furnished patio, kitchen, two double beds room, one big living room (wit more one double bed) and bathroom.

L'alloggio fa parte di un piccolo residence con giardino, parcheggio interno gratuito. L'accesso in spiaggia più vicino si trova a 7 minuti (di fianco al RIU JUMBO) . Molto vicino c'è un piccolo market (jumbo market) e a 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge un supermarket. E' una zona molto tranquilla. la distanza da Nungwi è di 1 km invece da Kendwa 1,6 km.

It is a small single house, close to the larger villa, but within the same complex. The house has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with a living room. It has outdoor areas in common with the other two apartments, or the lawn where you can see fantastic sunsets. Possibility, for a fee, of a driver with a car at your disposal.

SAZANI BUNGALOWS #3

Wide and stylish rooms at ground floor, furnished with Zanzibary style. Four king size beds with mosquito nets, private bathroom and a mini fridge. Huge balcony which is face to the beautiful tropical garden and a very nice sea breeze.
