Die beiden Skigebiete Hochzillertal und ZillertalArena sind jeweils mit dem Skibus erreichbar, die Haltestellen sind 5 Gehminuten vom Bungalow entfernt (ca. 200 Meter). Der Bungalow befindet sich mitten im Zillertal, ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand von Aschau. Ein Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer (1x mit Doppelbett und 1x mit Doppelbett und Stockbett (90*200cm) bieten genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.

Unser Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Alleinlage, der Ortskern und die Rauriser Hochalmbahnen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kreuzbodenbahn erreichen sie in 10 Min. und der Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 15 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Um ihren Urlaub nach Skifahren, Rodeln od. Wandern richtig genießen zu können, bietet sich unsere Sauna im Keller perfekt an um einen wundervollen Tag ausklingen zu lassen und/oder es euch vor dem Kamin im Wohn-Essbereich gemütlich machen.

Studio Tonka

Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. Great view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ! or babies.
