The Hut in the Wild

Come and stay in our beautifully finished, tin shepherds hut at the bottom of our garden. We are located in the rolling countryside with extensive views over the vale of York. After a day of exploring this AONB, there’s nothing like cooking tea over the fire pit or wood pellet pizza oven followed by a dip under the stars in our rustic hot tub. Cruck Cottage Shepherds Huts - Woodside Hut

This is one of three lovely shepherds hut in a woodland garden retreat. We are five minutes walk from the pretty dales town of Pateley Bridge and a field away from the Nidderdale Way. Woodside Hut has a double bed, wood burning stove and small kitchen with two ring hob and fridge. We have separate showers and toilets with underfloor heating and a secure drying room. Birch House Farm

Birch House Farm is located within 12 acres of woodland and pasture. Hollyhock cabin has been finished to a high specification to give comfort all year round. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome basket containing home grown and local produce. Ensuite shower facilities, heating, TV and a kitchen area (hob, kettle and microwave). There is a double hammock and a BBQ fire pit area outside. Perfect for a quiet break in the countryside. Couples only. No children. No dogs allowed.

Flying Yorkshireman railway carriage with views.

We have built this Pullman style railway carriage and sighted it over looking the old Nidd Valley railway line that runs through the farm. He’s 24ft by 9ft and very luxurious. With shower, toilet, kitchen, heating... in fact everything you will need for a stay away. We have reclaimed many railway items including the four handles, luggage rack, lamps, signs and much more. He is authentic as he can be. Outside is covered area overlooking wonderful Dales view, fire pit, seating and table.
