The Clubhouse

Welcome to “The Clubhouse”. Located in Sioux City, IA. This location is nothing like you’ve ever experienced before. Tons of room to host events or family gatherings. With our bunk room we have plenty of space to have the slumber party of your dreams. We have two projectors that are linked for games, movies, events. With our in house arcade, you’re sure to be the hit of the party. All games are free except the claw machine which only cost .25 cents. Come prepared to make tons of memories.

Tiny Home in Sioux City

This cute Tiny Home is in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It sits across the street from the Briar Cliff University baseball field. It has been completely remodeled with everything new and updated inside and out. The 400 square foot, open concept, is divided into a full kitchen, comfortable living room, queen size bedroom and large bathroom with full tub/shower and washer/dryer.

The Nest

This is a lovely 2 bedroom one bath main floor unit. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
