Rent our private basement unit as your next home away from home while you explore Providence, Rhode Island, Boston, and MA! We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! The space is a thoughtfully designed and decorated apt with privacy in a quiet area, with all the amenities you may need. Our goal is that you’d always feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful!

You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.

Sleeps 2 with one queen bed, full convertible futon and single futon. Off-street parking for 1 compact to mid-sized vehicle. Parking is “tight” for larger vehicles.
