The simple life!! Quaint little house just close enough, and yet far enough away from the city bustle. Lake Claiborne and Lake D'Arbonne are nearby, for fishing or watersport, and there is ample parking for the boat. Situated on 6.5 acres of a variety of trees, the property includes a hiking path around the perimeter, a seasonal creek, and occasional wildlife. Plenty of parking, inclusive of two covered spaces and room for an RV if needed. Very special and unique features for the area.

The Old Courthouse museum is visible from the back courtyard and the historic downtown is just a short walk. This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
