Set in a quiet pocket of Bull Creek, this space feels entirely your own. Enjoy a private entry, queen bed, TV, air-conditioning, and daily essentials. A simple kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, and utensils for light meals. Next door is “The Pod”, another solo tiny home, and the owner lives onsite, offering security while respecting privacy.

Positioned at the rear of our home, this cosy self-contained granny flat is located in the suburb of Kardinya. A short 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University but also central to Fremantle and Murdoch Train Station/the Kwinana freeway. Close to multiple parks. Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two. Child-friendly.

Enjoy complete privacy in our cozy guest house, nestled in a convenient location in the heart of Murdoch. 5 min walk to Murdoch University (via underpass). 5 min drive to the local grocery store and cafes. 10 minute bus ride to Murdoch Station. 15 min bus ride to Fiona Stanley Hospital. My husband and I live on the property at the back of the house, however your space is in a separate section at the front of the house, offering complete privacy and comfort.

Cottage on King

Cottage on King is situated in an historical part of East Fremantle's Plympton Ward. Our home is an original 1905 worker's cottage which has been renovated and extended. The rented space is part of the original cottage with my main residence connected to the back of the rented space. It is situated less than 100 metres from George Street cafe's, bars and restaurants and the Swan River. Close to the beach, public transport and Fremantle.
