Hand-built on our family farm & surrounded by Hobbit landscapes, this romantic king studio sleeps 5 across 3 beds including a cosy bunk nook. Couples love the outdoor bath & stargazing; families enjoy kayaking, fishing & meeting the sheep. Many stay 3–5 nights for waterfalls, glowworms, Hobbiton & beaches — or as a soft landing or gentle goodbye to NZ. Stay 4+ nights for a free farm tour.

The Studio at Woodfort Estate

Our studio is perfectly placed for stunning views of our mountain and rolling hill landscapes. A weekend get away or longer retreat will be rewarded with privacy and peace to relax inside or on the spacious patio that captures amazing afternoon sunshine and sun sets! The main bedroom is detached from the living and kitchen, which has a fold out couch for extra guests. Relax in the outdoor bath and enjoy the simplicity of living off grid without lacking to many home comforts. Toilet is detached.
