This is an ultra-private home on a cul-de-sac street that is entirely fenced-in and covered with lush ivy. This is one of the oldest homes in the neighborhood and was originally built in 1925. It has been upgraded overtime but exudes charm and will transport you to a serene Mediterranean oasis. Imagine Tuscany, yet you are only 10 minutes to prime Hollywood or Studio City!

The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family.
