Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Enjoy our extensive private beach, sunsets from the large deck, shady lake breezes from the patios, large yard for outdoor activities and games complete with fire pit. Close by is the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge, Alburg Dunes State Park, ski resorts, Burlington for fine dining and nightlife, the famous Lake Champlain Islands, and Canada.

This newly built house is located on our 90 acre property. It is surrounded by an orchard, a vineyard and forest. The quaint and natural setting is perfect for couples, solo travellers or families. Cross country skiing, running and hiking can be practiced on the property. Bromont and Sutton downhill ski slopes are a 35 minutes drive away. Jay Peak, Vermont is 1h15 away by car. The surrounding country roads provide for wonderful bike rides.

The Space This exquisite one-bedroom cottage is located on the grounds of a 200 acre estate in the center of Stowe. The cottage is at the far end of a quiet, peaceful meadow and looks out onto a spring-fed pond with views of Mt. Mansfield. There are countless walking/running/biking/XC trails both on and adjacent to the property. The trails on the property connect to the very popular Cady Hill mountain bike network.
