The cottage is set back off the road on a highly desirable, quiet, dead-end street and has a long rental history in the summer months. There is a gas grill, toaster oven, microwave, electric stove top burners, and electric griddle (no oven). Parking for 1 vehicle.

Sofa in the front room folds out into a full-size bed, and an pull out sleeper chair in the bedroom expands to a single bed. 4th floor. No elevator. Non-smoking unit, no pets.

New-queen size bed & full size futon .1 block to the the beach. Beach chairs & wagon & cooler provided. Enjoy the quiet sunrise on the balcony. Assigned parking for 1 car only. Hampton Beach home Hampton, NH

sleeps 4Close to attractions. 5 minute walk to the beach. If you walk to the right to the ocean there is a public restroom to use. also, restaurants and casino ball room is just 3 miles away. If you walk to the left to the ocean there is an amazing beach and a little less people where the kids can find crabs, play in the sand or just swim. There is not any restrooms on this side. Another Great place to visit that is a 15 min drive is down town Portsmouth, nh. lots to do there.

One Bed One Bath with Kitchenette. Great location off of G st. 300 feet from the beach! Walking Distance to Restaurants and Shops! This unit has no parking. Private and public parking lots within walking distance. Drive way is used for unloading. Paid Parking can be found behind G st at 92 Ashworth Avenue There is additional parking on Ocean Boulevard across from G St or on Ashworth Avenue behind F St. We do not supply linens or towels.
