Hike, bike, snowshoe or ski the private two kilometers of trails, dive and sunbathe from your own floating dock or wade at a nearby sandy shore, relax bug-free on the screened-in porch listening to the sounds of Bardo's surrounding ten acres of mixed old growth forest, or venture beyond to nearby amenities.

This unique place has a style all its own. An upside-down architect-designed cabin in the woods; the bedroom and full bathroom are on the 1st floor and the kitchen and living area are on the 2nd, and in between is a 14ft high bumped-out daybed area for lounging. Tastefully and richly decorated with all the mod-cons, and plenty of windows for natural light. There’s a wood-burning stove in bedroom. It’s very private, on 100 acres, with shared trails thru out. 2 bedroom rustic cottage on Pickerel Lake with sloping shallow entrance into the water. Great for small children. Twenty minutes from the town of Burks Falls . Please be aware of any fire bans, before having a campfire. Please bring lots of bug spray. There is also a public beach for use which is directly across from the Pickerel Lake Lodge. It is maintained by the township.
