It is a family business, owned and operated by Kostas and Maria Pafliotis. The complex was build in 2007 in an ideal location just 200m from the sea and less than 1km from the well know “Agios Isidoros” beach. All the rooms have spacious balconies with a panoramic view of the Plomari village and the Aegean Sea.

We have a small apartment building with 8 separate units, all with big balcony and beautiful sea view. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well located to explore the whole island or just to relax on Karfas beach. Our guests are free to use the swimming pool of a hotel nearby. Bus stops are around the corner and we are close to the airport as well as the main port and Chios town.

Ανεξάρτητο σπιτάκι-Μεσονετα με σοφίτα ιδανικό για οικογενεια η παρέα φίλων.Το ενα υπνοδωμάτιο(διπλό κρεβάτι) βρίσκεται στον πάνω όροφο και εχει δίκο του ανεξάρτητο μπαλκονι.Το δεύτερο βρίσκεται στο στο κάτω πάτωμα και εχει δυο μόνα κρεβάτια.Το σπιτάκι εχει μικρή αλλα εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπεζάκι,ψυγείο και φουρνακι.Στον κάτω όροφο υπάρχει δευτερη βεράντα και πίσω αυλή.

Welcome to Jimmy's place Maisonette apartment, which we tried to make as cozy and comfortable as possible. The kitchen has all you might need, the double bed upstairs has new linen and hypoallergenic pillows. Air condition is of course available free of charge. Nice balcony for your morning coffee and breakfast. We hope you will come and visit us on Samos sometime... :)
