Relax and unwind in this artist-run bohemian retreat. Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Caution: (We have a Floor Bed upstairs and a Sofa bed downstairs.) With historic pubs all around, Central Canterbury is 10 mins drive away yet you are in the countryside! Get away from London, breathe countryside air, travel to/from the Continent. Dover is only a 30mints.

Or you could just make a lovely weekend of it and visit all of our lovely coast and countryside .... cottage much bigger than the pictures. After all.... We are known as the "Garden of England ". Guest rate for 2 people, is for 1 bedroom only . If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 guests then there will be an extra charge of £15.

Built circa 1800, refurbished circa 2014, The Old Potting Shed is a cosy, self contained detached ensuite annexe. Situated in our a garden, in a village location, approx 15 mins from Canterbury & Dover, the Kent coast and close to the medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich. We are proud Superhosts and aim to ensure guests have a great experience and comfortable stay. Unfortunately our accommodation is not suitable for children or pets. This lovely stand-alone holiday cottage (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sitting/dining room) offers you and your family a luxurious experience in a quiet setting, close to many local attractions. Deep carpets, power shower, soft white towels, extra wide beds, fresh 100% cotton percale sheets, a fully equipped kitchen and continental breakfast, all make it a special home. A travel cot with linen, high chair, baby bath and child’s play area are freely available. Smart TV and WiFi included.

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

The Annexe - Optional Hot Tub - Nr Dover

Our home and Annexe is situated just off the main road in the village of Lydden where we are surrounded by a National Nature Reserve and have access to beautiful walks on the chalk downlands and the Whitecliffs of Dover Coastal Walk is also close by. The village of Lydden has good transport links being adjacent to the A2 connecting Dover to London and within the easy reach the High Speed rail route to London St Pancras, Dover ferry port and the Eurotunnel.

Spacious and modern apartment near Canterbury

The apartment forms part of a new village development next to fields and is now finally on Maps. The nearest park and ride to the historic cathedral city of Canterbury is exactly seven miles away. There are many other places of interest within a short distance, such as Sandwich and Deal. The East Kent countryside is breathtaking. There is a wealth of village pubs for eating out, especially the Griffins Head in Chillenden and Goodnestone Park Gardens.
