Our rental features a one bedroom with an attached living room and private bathroom. The bedroom offers a queen bed, walk in closet. The living room has a large couch and tv. Full equipped kitchen with a laundry room. The apartment has its own private front door entrance and driveway parking. Friendly for dogs to safety run outside (gated). The house is located 12 min away from Siesta Beach (ranked #1 in Fl) and 10 min away from Nokomis Beach. We are placed between Venice and Sarasota. WiFi

Great location. Two minute drive or 12 minute walk to the beach. Shopping and restaurants also close by. Good area for walking, biking, running, and more. Situated down an alley off of Shore Road.

The owner carefully chose the property for the perfect combination of tranquil accommodations with plenty of amenities within easy reach.

The Oz Parlor apartment was originally the main house of this whimsical property. It has loads of charm It is a great place to relax and Just Bee... Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless. I have Netflix. I will also add additional streaming channels for longer term stays. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
