Entering your own private lake house you will be greeted by an open-concept living area perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy your meals al fresco on the over water deck. Relax on the screened in porch, or dock your boat at your private dock and explore the waters (fast lake from 10am-5pm). Try your luck at fishing and explore the lake at a slower pace. End the day around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and create cherished memories.

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.
