It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a nespresso coffee machine! In the bedroom there is a large, comfortable, double bed. In the attic there are two single beds. Its large veranda overlooks the pool and the magnificent blue of the Ionian Sea! An apartment of unique aesthetics that promises moments of relaxation and peace! The pool is closed during the winter months from November to May.

It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful, and peaceful place which offers a great view of the sea. In a small distance you can have access to mini markets, bakery, greek taverns etc. Lefkada town is about 5km away (5 min by car) . The house offers self-catering accommodation. Also, the guests will have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

It is just a ten minute walk from the historic centre of the town where one can find many restaurants, bars and shops along the pedestrian road of the marketplace. At the same time, it is only a short drive (about five minutes) from the wetland of the lagoon, and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Gyra and Kastro. The route is also pleasant by bike.
