Downstairs apartment in the old centre of Rhenen

The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

Het appartement in de populaire wijk Nijmegen-Oost is een benedenwoning met een 1 persoons slaapkamer op de begane grond en een 2 persoons slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. De tuin is ruim, sfeervol en groen en heeft twee terrassen met de hele dag zon. Alle voorzieningen zijn in de wijk aanwezig. Een van de supermarkten ligt aan de overkant van het appartement. De wijk heeft gezellige kroegjes en restaurants. Natuur en centrum liggen op loopafstand. -Kinderen tot 12 jaar zijn gratis.

Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig gelegen, het is rustig maar als je de drukte op wilt zoeken dan ben je met 1 minuut lopen in de binnenstad. universiteit op 10 minuten afstand. Tevens een aantal gezellige restaurants waaronder ‘t Veerhuis (op 200m afstand). U heeft de beschikking over een groot gedeelte van de tuin met lounge gedeelte. En evt. in de ochtend een Betuws ontbijt in de tuin of op de kamer.

Naast rust, ruimte en natuur liggen steden zoals Nijmegen, Arnhem en Den Bosch vlakbij. De voorzieningen zijn nieuw en goed verzorgd (het appartement is in juni 2020 gerealiseerd en pas sindsdien als (air)B&B geopend).
