Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. We're a 2nd floor condo across the street from the beach with an ocean view. Our pool is also heated to 84F in the winter for any of our snowbirds! You'll love our extended East facing balcony with ocean views with easy access to a biking/running trail. We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. This is a Destin city ordinance to keep the riff raff down.
