Other guests may occupy the Main Inn with their own private space, and this may limit use to certain amenities. Great location, XC Ski & walking trails to a sandy beach on the Saco & restaurants. Please DO NOT REQUEST PEAK TIMES IN ADVANCE, we will not accept since we prefer to book the entire Inn.

The Bear's Den is a small but efficient apartment with a cabin decor , it is perfect for a couple or couple with young children, the bunk bed's are toddler size 4 ft. long. We do not provide bedding, you are responsible for providing all bedding, sheets, blankets, pillows. You can choose to provide your own bedding or upgrade and have bedding provided. there is a one time pet fee of $65.00 that you pay for separately after arrival
