The Urban Tea House was an active apothecary and metaphysical shop for a quarter of century. In 2024 7th St. Gifts graduated to wholesale & expanded our hospitality business. Semi-Accessible first floor of a historic house in Newport Business District with one bathroom and full kitchen, free parking, room for up to 3 in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Guests will enjoy soaps, teas, coffee, candles, and jellies that property owner has made herself and sold in the local market for over 25 years.

A one of a kind backyard glamping experience. Urban camping at its finest; The Ludlow Bungalow II is a creative project revamping a detached garage to a cozy wood trimmed studio apartment. Almost all of the building material is recycled from pallets, construction scrap wood and materials, and things gifted to me or old items I've replaced for customers over the years working as a contractor. Recently renovated, it’s designed for comfort and stocked with all essentials. Great shopping and dining are nearby, and there’s ample parking in back.
