New Construction on 1st floor. 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, in small town Ohio. Located 20 miles south of Youngstown and 20 miles north of East Liverpool, OH and 40 minutes to the Pittsburgh airport, in New Waterford. Property borders the village park and fishing pond on a quiet brick street. Ideal for a weekend getaway or for extended work assignments and corporate lodging. We are approx 5-10 minutes from the Garwood Arena, and have plenty of parking for larger vehicles.

This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.

The Great Escape

As one of our guests noted: “This home is named perfectly. It was a great escape." We invite you to stay in our small but cozy house in the very quiet "Pittsburgh Circle" area of town. The property backs onto a greenbelt - down a sharp embankment you can see the Connoquenessing Creek - which you can enjoy from the covered patio or the breakfast table in front of the large window. We have seen deer, groundhogs, hawks, and even a bald eagle!

The Nantucket Nook @ Pine Lake

The Nantucket Nook is a gem featuring a beautiful view of the lake off the back deck. A huge 70-inch TV makes the living area perfect for watching a movie or keeping up with your favorite sports! Being right beside Route 7 gives you quick and direct access to Columbiana, Boardman, and Youngstown. Local favorite places to check out are the Vineyards at Pine Lake, The Amish Market, Firestone Farms, and the Shaker Woods Festival!
